Went to the most darling restaurant last night after work. It was moody and cozy (perfect for a rainy New York evening) with amazing antique details all over. Everywhere you looked was a cool little treasure. And the food...oh the food.

DDB Stockholm's VW campaign is to entourage people to make changes. And here, they want people to take the stairs instead of the escalators. The idea behind the Fun Theory, is that if you make something fun, people will do it.

So since I've recently sold all of my furniture and moved to New York City, I will soon be able to buy all new fun things. And this is what I will be keeping my eyes open for. How amazing is this couch? I have loved empire sofas since the beginning of time but I am willing to let it go if I can find a little guy like this one. He's so handsome. Brew Nerds, a coffee shop in Winston Salem, is coffee for smart people and the cups are so rad. I love lots of simple black line drawings on white.I also saw this in the SOHO Grand Hotel, in the bathroom. I'd like to do this to a space in my next apartment.
